The pilot was first seen online in 2010 as part of the network's Big, Uber, Network, Sampling contest, in which eight different pitch pilots were posted on AdultSwim.com and fans voted for their favorite to air on television. Duckworth was eliminated during the first round of voting.[1] The pilot episode of Duckworth was eventually aired as part of Adult Swim's "DVR Theater" on January 17, 2011.
